We would like to introduce you to our newest projects in the Technical Chain Sector.  

New innovative chain manufacturing technique

By use of a new welding technology for high-strength and high-wear-resistant conveyor chains we are taking an enormous leap in technology.  With a completely new chain design we are able to expand the application spectrum of our  high-strength conveyor chains and increase the efficiency of their use for our customers substantially.  
 

CCL – a chain link with high breaking strength

We are working on manufacturing a mechanically lockable and un-lockable chain link with highest breaking strength and simultaneously finding a cost-effective production method.  This new chain link will then be – without restrictions – applicable for many different sprocket and pocket wheel designs. 
 

New Design for profile hoist chain HEP

We are always striving to improve our most successful products. With a new refined design of a profile hoist chain we are able to improve the running performance of the chain in hoists even farther. 

Conveyor chains for use in chicken abattoirs and converting plants

Conveyor chains for chicken abattoirs require an extremely high surface hardness, closest string length tolerances and very high resistance to corrosion. To face this challenge we were able to improve our chains’ tensile strength and durability by use of a new and innovative hardening process.
