A new production hall
will be built on the location Brückl
The plant Brückl is part of the pewag group and the last remaining producer of truck chains in Western Europe. In this position the plant may point to a very positive market share both within Austria (60% market share in the truck chain sector) and on the European market (20%). Due to the great demand they have to rebuilt the production hall for € 1 million.
A key factor of success of the plant Brückl is its flexibility. They are able to develop and to produce any special size in seven to ten days. They annually produced 4,000 tons of steel are processed in a two-shift operation in approximately 2,000 different products.
The Managing Director Ing. Schmid is particularly proud of the fact that the plant could defy the time of crisis in the automotive industry. The company was already able to increase its sales by ten percent in 2009. As well as this year an increase is expected, which justifies the expansion of production facilities in every case.
