New production facility opened in Brückl

On 20 May 2011 was held the solemn opening of the new production hall for the Kettenwerk (snow chain production) Brückl.

The strategic goal behind the expansion is to be able to respond to customers' needs more rapidly and to deliver the myriad types of snow chains even faster: "Currently, 90 percent are delivered within a week. We want to increase this value further." says CEO Mr. Schmid.

Sales of the world market leader for snow chains for trucks, part of the pewag group, should increase with the new production hall by 20 percent this year.

In the construction of the hall was a total of more than a million Euros invested. Twelve employees were hired in addition.
